Stainless Steel Magnetic Cladding Discs: Aluminum Pot Magnetization Upgrade Accessory + Three-Ply Steel Composite Cookware Material Solution

I. Stainless Steel Magnetic Cladding Discs: Core Accessory for Aluminum Pots to Adapt to Induction Cooktops
Designed specifically to solve the problem that aluminum pots are non-magnetic and incompatible with induction cooktops, it is stamped from S43000 stainless steel. Through heat conduction conversion technology, it breaks through the non-magnetic limitation of aluminum pots, enabling aluminum pots to be easily used with induction cooktops.
Core Parameters
- Thickness: 0.4mm-0.5mm (corresponding to 0.0157-0.0196 inches), thin and light without affecting the use feel of the cookware
- Diameter: Customizable for the full range of aluminum pot specifications, accurately matching the needs of different pot sizes
Process Adaptation Solutions
Provide customized composite discs according to the customer’s production process, adapting to three mainstream production processes:
- Standard composite disc: Press the composite disc onto the aluminum disc and then stretch forming, suitable for conventional production processes
- Standard composite disc: Stretch the aluminum disc first, then press the composite disc into the pot bottom, flexibly adapting to existing processes
- Special-shaped cladding disc: Precast convex points on the die-cast pot bottom, and fix it by pressing the cladding disc to enhance fitting stability
Note: After confirming the customer’s specific production process, a 1:1 accurately adapted cladding disc product can be provided to ensure smooth production connection.
II. Three-Ply Steel Composite Cookware Material: High-Efficiency Heat Conduction + Full Cooktop Adaptation Solution
The three-ply steel composite structure consists of “inner food contact layer + middle heat conduction interlayer + outer magnetic conductive layer”. It has four core advantages: fast heat conduction, uniform heating, safety and hygiene, and full cooktop adaptation, completely avoiding food burning caused by local overheating.
Structure and Material Characteristics
- Inner layer (food contact layer): Made of 18/8 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316Ti stainless steel or pure titanium
- 18/8 and 316 stainless steel meet food-grade standards, with strong corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term cooking of acidic or alkaline foods
- The pure titanium layer further improves corrosion resistance and lightweight experience, targeting the high-end cookware market
- Middle heat conduction interlayer: Made of high-purity aluminum or copper
- Aluminum interlayer: Ensures maximum heat conduction efficiency, suitable for mass-market cookware products
- Copper interlayer: Faster heat conduction and more sensitive temperature response, mostly used for professional-grade products
- Outer layer (magnetic conductive layer): Made of S430 stainless steel, ensuring the cookware is compatible with induction cooktops and traditional stoves
Core Processes and Customization Services
- Composite process: All three-ply steel composite plates are manufactured through hot-rolled composite technology, with firm interlayer bonding and no easy delamination during long-term use
- Customization support: According to the customer’s pot shape requirements, provide composite plate materials with different tensile properties to adapt to various cookware forming processes
III. Coating-Free Physical Non-Stick Solution
Non-stick performance has always been a concern for everyone. We achieve coating-free non-stick effects through various physical processes, balancing health and practicality:
- Optional processes: Surface etched patterns, hydraulic pressed patterns, or roll-formed patterns, forming a coating-like non-stick experience
- Core advantage: No chemical coating added, it is the preferred solution for healthy cookware, suitable for consumers pursuing safe cooking
- Usage tips: Correct use and maintenance can further extend the service life of the non-stick effect, ensuring cooking experience and dietary health
