The aluminium circle with induction bottom or stainless steel induction base is to solve the defect that the aluminum pot cannot use on induction cooker. A stainless steel circle is pressed under the bottom of the pot so as to transfer the heat to the aluminum pot through stainless steel induction base. There are mainly 410 and 430 stainless steels in the induction plate, and the thickness ranges from 0.4 to 0.5mm. The stainless steel induction base will be filled with holes of about 5mm. The stainless steel circles is tightly combined with aluminum sheet and they won’t fall off after fire and collision.

      The aluminum circle usually select 3003 aluminum, 3021 aluminum and 5052 aluminum according to the demand of customers.If  need better drawing performance can select the 3A21 or 3307. If need anodic oxidation please select hot rolling.       The induction stainless steel base could gain the stainless steel sheet with the required shape through stamping, and then it is processed with punching and flanging so as to press the raised part of the turned hole into the aluminum plate.
