- The triply steel pot is made of 18/8, 316, 316Ti and pure titanium. Aluminum or copper is used as the middle layer for rapid heat conduction. S43000 is used as the outer layer for magnetic conduction.Based on the properties of different materials, cookware can be constructed that conducts heat rapidly, is suitable for both stoves and induction cooktops, and is safe and hygienic. This type of cookware heats evenly, preventing localized overheating that could cause food to burn.
- Both 18/8 and 316 stainless steel meet food-grade standards, are highly corrosion-resistant, and are especially suitable for cooking acidic or alkaline foods for extended periods.
The pure titanium layer further enhances corrosion resistance and lightweight feel, making it suitable for the high-end kitchenware market.Aluminum interlayers generally use high-purity aluminum to ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency, while copper interlayers are mostly used in professional-grade products, with faster heat conduction and more sensitive temperature response.All three-layer steel composite plates are manufactured using a hot-rolling composite process, resulting in a strong bond that is not easily separated. We can provide materials with different tensile properties depending on the customer’s pot type.
