Half Wrap Aluminum Rivets: Core Safety Component for Pot Connection
As the connecting component between the pot body and handle, the rivet head is exposed on the inner side of the pot, directly contacting food while bearing several times the weight of the pot body.

They not only affect our health and safety but also serve as a key factor determining the lifespan of cookware. Current cookware primarily adopts a semi-enclosed design—aluminum rivets are wrapped in 18/8 stainless steel. This material does not react with food upon contact, posing no health risks. Specialized riveting machines deform and compress the rivet tails, achieving a seamless integration between the handle and the pot body. The rivet tails feature a pointed tip design, facilitating passage through the rivet holes in the pot body and the connecting holes in the handle. We can also customize parameters such as rivet length, diameter, and head shape according to customer requirements.
Wide-Ranging Application Scenarios
Our rivets are the trusted choice for reliable cookware across sectors:
- Home Cookware: Frying pans, woks, stock pots, saucepans
- Commercial Kitchens: Restaurant cookware, catering equipment
- Outdoor Gear: Camping pots, portable grills
- Specialty Cookware: Induction-ready models, non-stick cookware
